How we confirm your orders:
You can order a tour on our website by following the instructions. After you place the order, our managers will contact you.
How to pay for the tour:
Many tours are paid in cash to our guide when you get on the bus.
Where to wait for the tour bus:
Please wait for the bus at the entrance near your hotel, where there is usually security and a barrier on the road.
If the bus is late:
If the bus is more than 10 minutes late, contact us through WhatsApp or Viber. Just send a message saying "10 minutes passed, and no bus." We will check the bus location and tell you the expected arrival time.
Your ticket and pick-up time:
After booking, we will send you an electronic ticket. You don't need to print it; you can show it on your phone. The tour time is on the ticket. If the bus arrival time is not listed, don't worry, it will be added to the ticket soon.
Confirming your order:
After checking into the hotel, please tell us your room number to confirm the tour. The room number you provide confirms the booking for both our company and you. This information is important to avoid misunderstandings and help the guide find you quickly. If the guides can't find you, they can use the room number to contact you. We respect our clients' privacy and never share personal information or contact details with third parties.

At GOLD WAY TRAVEL, we offer you the option to pay for tours in various currencies, including dollars, euros, and Turkish lira. When booking through our website, the tour price will automatically be calculated in dollars.
If you want to pay for the tour in euros or Turkish lira, simply let us know a day before the tour starts after 18:00 and we will recalculate the price based on the current exchange rate.

How many people will be in a group and which bus will come?
We have 3 group categories:
Small groups and VIP groups up to 16 people. We usually use standard 16-seater buses like Mercedes Sprinter, Mercedes Vito, Volkswagen Crafter, and other brands.
Medium groups up to 30 people. We usually use standard 30-seater buses like Isuzu, Iveco, and Otokar.
Large groups. We usually use standard 45-seater buses like Mitsubishi, Mercedes, Man. Which bus will come?
Since group sizes can change before departure, we only tell VIP group clients the bus brand and model to avoid misunderstandings.
